Risk Advisory: Market Value, Replacement Cost, Insurance Valuation
Salary: $180,000 – $230,000
Chances are you know who this major Global Financial & Property Advisory Firm is, but you don't realize that they operate very successfully in the transaction advisory space.
And when we say successfully, we mean ASX listed, full spectrum institutional grade infrastructure, property & specialist property (e.g. this team recently handled a $1.5 BILLION dollar transaction).
The Role:
Managing a team of 7 currently with license to grow.
Client facing.
Victoria & Tasmania Manager of Valuations looking after Financial Reporting Valuation and Risk Advisory: Market Value, Replacement Cost, Insurance Valuations.
Lead & grow the state teams while managing valuations of serious size & value – true institutional grade & unique assets & advisory (many of which are household names).
Reporting in to the ANZ Head of Valuations who is Melbourne based & supports day-to-day operations.
Operational oversight over P&E team (non-technical).
Strong client network with no shortage of work coming through the door. Zero reliance on bank panels.
The Firm:
This is truly a Global Risk Advisory firm with offices across Europe, the US, UK & APAC. Travel as required with a focus on managing the team's schedules. BUT there is the option to do plenty of travel or develop your future globally within the firm should that be your interest.
As you would expect, this firm offers all the bells & whistles of a top-tier and also has a strong focus on cross-country collaboration with good systems in place to make this as simple as possible. The local team is supportive, inclusive and has a great energy.
Experience:
AAPI CPV.
10+ years in Valuations (Insurance valuation experience would be great).
A personality that enjoys the people side of the business.
