Are you the one we're looking for?
We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Vet Nurse / Customer Care and Member Care Consultant to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone, and social media platforms.
Providing comprehensive information to customers about our pet insurance products and services.

Assisting customers in making insurance claims and guiding them through the process.
Liaising with vets and pet-related businesses to resolve follow-ups.
Collaborating with the sales and marketing team.

Collaborating with the rest of the customer service team to ensure a consistent and high standard of service.
Maintaining a solid understanding of product updates, policy changes, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Assisting in the development of scripts or FAQs to help address common customer queries.
Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

You'll be offered guidance and assistance throughout your journey with us, and have the chance to share your ideas and skills. There is also the potential for career development and growth within the business if you are the right fit for our team. With more projects and more full-time roles becoming available, full-time hours or part-time roles are available. Our office is based in the Sydney CBD, and we have satellite offices around Australia, so if you are near Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Adelaide Metro, this can also be considered.
