With a focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability, Refresco Australia offers a wide variety of product and packaging combinations from 100% fruit juices to carbonated soft drinks and mineral waters in carton, PET, aseptic PET, cans, and glass.As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Vendor Replenishment Manager to join our team, working closely with Australia's largest retail customers to deliver outstanding service and optimize inventory and distribution processes.The Role:As our Vendor Replenishment Manager, you will be central to managing high-volume, seasonal products through Refresco and retailer networks while achieving inventory and working capital targets.
In this role, you'll work independently across both internal and retailer stakeholders, focusing on identifying opportunities to improve distribution and quickly resolving any issues that arise.Key Responsibilities:Relationship & Inventory Management:Manage day-to-day inventory movements through Refresco and retailer supply chains.Build collaborative processes to enhance efficiency and ensure prompt issue resolution.Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to swiftly and effectively "get things done."Business Analysis & Problem-Solving:Leverage data from multiple sources to support demand and production planning for high-volume, seasonal products.Identify and address systemic issues, proposing solutions to streamline and optimize inventory processes.Order Management:Ensure timely and complete delivery of orders through retailer networks, addressing any potential disruptions like missed pallets or out-of-stocks.Collaborate with production planning teams to align customer orders and forecast potential risks to delivery schedules.Maintain working capital within both Refresco and retailer targets.What We're Looking For:Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, or a related field.Experience: Relevant experience in Vendor Replenishment, Key Account Management, National Account Executive roles, or Demand Planning within a large FMCG environment.Skills:Collaboration & Communication: Ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders with competing KPIs.Data Analysis: Skilled in using data to identify trends, resolve issues, and generate insightful reports.Supply Chain Knowledge: Experience with end-to-end supply chain processes, from procurement to delivery.Technical Proficiency: Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems (SAP and Microsoft Dynamics).What We Offer:A collaborative, fast-paced environment with a global leader in beverage production.Competitive salary and benefits package.Flexible working arrangement with a 50/50 split between Refresco and customer head office.#J-18808-Ljbffr
