This is a great opportunity to work on a national portfolio.You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, delivering procurement projects, and providing strategic advice primarily related to Facilities Management services.
This is an interactive and busy role, and you will be working closely with various stakeholders across the organisation.This role is required in Melbourne or Sydney CBD with hybrid working arrangements.Please note that this is a 12-month fixed-term contract for maternity leave cover.Snapshot of the role:Develop and implement procurement strategies and project management processesManage supplier relationships and negotiations on behalf of clientsEnsure compliance with JLL policies, procedures, and legislative requirementsDevelop annual procurement plans to achieve best value for moneyManage all aspects of subcontractor procurement, including scope development and tender evaluationMonitor and audit the performance of subcontractors and third-party suppliersPresent strategic supplier performance and key recommendations to stakeholdersRequirements:Tertiary qualification in Economics, Business Management, Commerce, or equivalent4+ years of experience in Procurement, Consulting, or PurchasingStrong project management skillsExperience working with senior managementExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and rapport with stakeholders of all levelsAbility to analyse complex problems and generate solutionsProven ability to meet performance targetsPreferred Qualifications:Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2)Experience in Facilities Management or In-Directs Category managementQualifications or memberships with professional bodies such as CIPSExposure to government procurementWhat you can expect from us:Great employee discounts off fitness & other renowned brandsActive Social ClubWell-being programPaid time off for volunteer workCareer Opportunities with Australia's #1 Commercial Real Estate firmPremium officesHybrid / flexible workingAs an organisation, we embrace diversity and celebrate it.
