Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
In this role your key responsibilities would include: Working closely within a small team Coordinating, monitoring and recording stock departures and deliveries to the branch from the gatehouse. Controlling public access to our facilities Liaising with customers and tow truck drivers regarding the delivery and pickup of vehicles Partnering effectively with other departments in relation to incoming and outgoing stock movements Completing inspections on a range of motor vehicles, by entering the vehicle description and condition using our customised application. Identifying & photographing any damage. Identifying standard and extra accessories Meet assigned KPI's for inspections. Following all WH&S policies and procedures. ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
Proven ability to be flexible, adaptable and resilient. Ability to update and maintain customer records using a database. Ability to work as both part of a team and unsupervised. Ability to use an iPad and take quality photographs. Good verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy An ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain quality standards. A basic knowledge of motor vehicles or the industry would be an advantage. A current and valid manual driver's licence.
