Main Responsibilities
Conduct phone calls and manage emails.
Escalated Complaints/Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve high-level customer complaints.
Develop, implement, and maintain sales training and scripts.
Coordinate with valuers to ensure accurate and timely business valuations.
Manage relationships with clients in the mortgage sector.
Required Skills
Proven track record in business development.
Extensive experience in high-value sales environments.
Assertive and confident with a dynamic sales approach.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly pronounce names.
Knowledge of Jordan Belfort's straight line sales system.
Ability to manage pitch pace and tonality effectively.
Proficiency in memorizing and delivering sales scripts.
Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Background in real estate sales.
Mortgage Lending Knowledge: Understanding of mortgage lending practices.
Empathy & Patience: Ability to remain calm and patient in all interactions.
Sales Coaching Experience: Experience in coaching and training sales teams.
Quality over Volume: Focus on delivering high-quality calls rather than high volume.
Additional Skills
Experience in a similar high-value sales role.
Advanced knowledge of business valuation processes.
Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems.
