We are seeking a talented Mid-level User Researcher to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will work closely with our UX Research Lead, key stakeholders, and the wider Product & Engineering teams to drive evidence-based decision-making across our multi-sided business. You will have the opportunity to conduct research with a diverse group of users, including doctors, nurses, patients, and pharmacies, helping to shape the future of our products.Day To DayKey Responsibilities:Research Leadership: Conduct ongoing user research to inform product design and development, contributing to both discovery and delivery cycles.Workshop Facilitation: Assist in planning and facilitating collaborative workshops, such as co-design and discovery sessions, to generate actionable insights.Research Execution: Plan, deliver, and facilitate UX research activities using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Synthesise findings into clear, actionable recommendations.Tools & Methodologies: Utilize a broad range of research tools and frameworks, such as Confluence, Jira, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, Miro, and Figjam, to conduct and present research.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure research findings are integrated into product development processes.QualificationsResearch Skills: Proficiency in both discovery/exploratory research and direct product delivery cycles, with experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.Workshop Facilitation: Experience in facilitating and assisting with workshops, including co-design and discovery sessions.Curiosity & Insight: A natural curiosity to explore customer needs, pain points, and opportunities, and the ability to translate these insights into valuable design solutions.Adaptability: Comfort working in dynamic environments where processes may evolve as the company grows.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences.Collaboration: A collaborative team player who can work effectively with designers, developers, and product teams.Education: Bachelor's degree in Research, Design, or a related field.Additional InformationYou'll be joining a highly motivated, agile team where your ideas and work will directly influence the direction and progress of an expanding global company in a hyper-growth phase.
