Urgent Care Nurses (with ED and Triage Experience) Perth Metro Urgent Care (RNS) and a Nurse Practitioner needed for exciting new opportunities in Perth Metro - South of the River for a new Urgent Care Clinic opening in the New Year.

You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an urgent care setting, applying your experience in Emergency Department (ED) environments and triage protocols to assess and manage a wide range of acute, non-life-threatening medical conditions. You will be required to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the timely and appropriate treatment of patients.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) registration.Registered Nurse with additional qualifications as a Nurse Practitioner.Advanced clinical skills and experience in an Emergency Department (ED) or acute care setting.Triage experience with proficiency in assessing and prioritising patient care based on clinical need (e.g., ATS).Knowledge and experience in managing acute medical conditions, including but not limited to trauma, infections, and respiratory issues.Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, handling high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.Strong communication skills, both with patients and healthcare teams, to ensure safe and effective care delivery. Desirable Attributes:
Previous experience in Urgent Care Centers, Emergency Hospital, or Primary Care settings.Current CPR certification and other relevant certifications (e.g., ALS, PALS, etc.) may be required.Experience over 3 years Nursing Experience.Experience with digital health records and telemedicine platforms.Nurse Practitioner role experience in managing teams.
