This is an excellent opportunity to join an extremely successful business, who offer an excellent training program and lots of flexibility. BENEFITS: A salary of up to £24,700 DOE. Bonus (up to £400 per quarter) Hybrid working pattern (2 days at home per week). Flexible working hours. 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays. Company pension. Free on-site parking. THE CANDIDATE: The right candidate will ideally have a background within credit control; however, a strong telephone manner and customer service experience will be considered. The business offers an excellent 8-week training program, so a willingness to learn and a driven attitude is a must. DUTIES INCLUDE: Manage a portfolio of independent accounts. Liaise with internal and external customers to resolve daily queries. Collect overdue debt to minimize potential bad debt for the business. Ensure customer spend is within provided credit limits. Make daily decisions on credit accounts, including suspending or releasing accounts. Balance minimizing potential bad debt with ensuring repeat trade from customers.
