$92,087 to $99,353 (HEW 6) Fixed term, Full-time, Joondalup Campus Open to candidates with relevant work rights COORDINATOR, UNIVERSITY GOVERNANCE STRATEGIC AND GOVERNANCE SERVICES JOONDALUP CAMPUS $92,087 - $99,353 (HEW 6) FULL TIME, FIXED TERM CONTRACT UNTIL 31/12/2025 Overview We are looking for a team player to join University Governance to provide administrative and coordination services in support of the University's Council, the Vice-Chancellor and university committees.
University Governance supports the University Secretary to provide expert advice, governance and all executive support to the University Council, Academic Board, the University Executive and sub-committees of Council.
It ensures that these bodies are fully informed on issues affecting the governance of the University through high-quality, up-to-date information, reports and reviews.
This unit provides advice on governance matters to the University community, fosters relationships with the Student Guild and supports the Chancellor and Vice-Chancellor to report to external bodies on governance matters.
The Role This role will provide high quality administrative support across the University Governance team to support all operations, manage information and implement process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have: Ability to organise and present information in a concise, understandable format Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to be flexible and proactive in a small team environment Experience supporting committees including preparing agenda papers and writing minutes Experience and a high level of skills in using the Microsoft office suite with excellent problem-solving skills Previous experience in a University or a governance role is desirable, but not essential You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University's values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry Personal Excellence and Courage.
Benefits & Remuneration This full time, fixed term position attracts remuneration of $92,087 to $99,353 plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
