ABC Audiences is made up of a passionate group of marketing, brand, creative, audience experience, UX and audience insights specialists who have audiences at the heart of all they do. They're responsible for leading the ABC’s brand and audience strategies, acquiring and engaging audiences both within our broadcast and digital ecosystems and working collaboratively with partner divisions to lead an integrated approach to audience insights, branding, acquisition and retention strategies, and communication.
Come and join our vibrant ABC Made team. ABC Made consists of TV and Radio promo producers; print, digital and motion designers; production and traffic teams.
Working across departmental administration needs and supporting the Head Creative Services, you will:
Provide high level EA support to the Head of ABC Made. This includes meeting and diary management, travel, email and file management and general assistance.
Provide support for the Made Executive team
Be the financial and production administration point of contact for the ABC Made team, handle enquires from freelance crews and partners.
Organise travel arrangements including flights, taxis, car hire, accommodation, travel allowance claims and general amenities for broader Made team.
Coordinate the logistics arrangements, including credit card reconciliation, invoice payment, Cabcharge account management and budget tracking.
Coordinate HR processes across the team including helping manage leave and on-boarding of new staff.
Coordinate freelance engagement including contracting, insurance and schedules.
We are looking for a self-motivated and dynamic Assistant with a ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to help the entire team. You will also bring:
Advanced administrative skills including diary management, with an aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail.
Well-developed communication skills including ability to prepare clear and concise reports and communicate effectively at all levels.
Ability to prioritise and work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Familiarity using databases and MS Office with a process driven and tech savvy mindset.
Ideally, you would have experience using software such as SAP Finance and Workamajig.
Understanding of television production process and/or exposure to working in media, advertising or creative industry would be preferable.
