Duties
As an Underwriting Coordinator, you will:
Lead, determine and resolve builder eligibility application information and documentation requirements by referring to Eligibility Manual, Complaint and Dispute Handling procedures, and service standards.
Reply to builders and Underwriter enquiries and offer builder eligibility application updates within the approved HBCF Eligibility Manual.
Compile data and conduct routine checks to support Underwriters during the builder's eligibility assessment process.
Support Underwriting Team by maintaining builder eligibility checklist, builder's complaint and dispute register, Underwriting training register, files, and logs for Underwriting meetings with builders and service providers.
Generate and maintain weekly and monthly Underwriting reports, initiate follow-ups with service providers on project and application status updates, and refer to Underwriter for action.
Perform necessary tasks and direct HBCF builder's security documents to Underwriter for validation.
Manage Underwriting eligibility application inbox, mail, security documents, correspondence, records, and search reports on builder eligibility applications.
Build rapport and provide a high standard of service to customers and third-party service providers while maintaining key existing relationships with internal team members.
