This job offer is not available in your country.Due to our ever-growing business and growth within our industry, Brycon Civil is seeking an experienced Truck Driver to join our team based in Tamworth, NSW.Most of the work will be between Tamworth and Armidale as well as the North West and Mid North Coast, so a willingness to work away and stay away from home is a must.We pride ourselves on a service of excellence as we aim to exceed our clients' expectations on every job we undertake.Immediate start in the New Year.Requirements to be successful :An unrestricted HC licence preferableMinimum of 3 years demonstrated truck driving experienceExperience in road construction, earthworks, road stabilisation, and drainage is idealA good driving history with the ability to provide your RMS driving recordA safety-first attitudeUnderstanding of Chain of Responsibility, fatigue management, and NHV logbook requirementsCompletion of all necessary paperwork job cards, pre-starts, daily plant inspections, WHSDocumentation :Daily Plant / Truck MaintenanceHands-on approachExceptional level of initiative and self-motivationKnowledge of working to Transport for NSW, Local, and State Government specificationsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to comprehend and follow instructionsAbility to work unsupervised and meet deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCompliance with WHS, Quality, and Environmental management systemsAbility to work as part of a teamExperience working with Transport NSW is highly regardedRelevant RII tickets and licencesStrong skills in time management and self-motivationWillingness to work outside the truck if requiredHigh range communication skills verbal and written, good listening skillsAbility to operate in a high-pressure environmentMust be trustworthy, take pride in their work, and look after the truckWhat's on offer for you :Full-time permanent positions for the right applicantsAbove award rates available and negotiable based on the applicant's experienceLiving away paid depending on where you reside and need to workThis is an excellent opportunity to work with a stable and supportive employer, where you will be recognised for your high level of skill and contribution to the team.
