Lead the Elizabeth Shop RAA Travel team
Permanent full-time role
Base salary + Super + Incentives

Your new opportunity
Reporting to the Regional Travel Manager, you will be accountable for providing direction and motivation to your team members, assisting with staff development through on the job coaching and performance improvement plans.
You will also manage your own portfolio of new and existing clients, leading by example by providing outstanding service backed with strong product knowledge. In addition, you will:

Direct, motivate and monitor team members, providing feedback and coaching when required.
Ensure that team members consistently achieve allocated sales targets and minimum benchmarks.
Solve escalated customer concerns to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Create and manage end to end travel bookings tailored to each customer's needs.
Achieve and exceed your own set sales targets.

About you
You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:

Certificate in Travel Tourism or relevant qualification.
Demonstrated experience in travel consulting in both a consultant and leadership capacity.
A strong desire to motivate, inspire and lead a team.
A proven track record of sales achievement in the travel industry.
Strong interpersonal skills with a reputation for making things happen.
