Pacific Energy is growing fast and requires a Travel and Mobilisation Officer to join the team.
Working with Project and Operational Management, our Travel & Mobilisation Officers are required to support the business's onboarding, mobilisation and travel requirements of employees and subcontractors, with a key component of this role being a through understanding of site requirements to ensure all staff are compliant prior to being mobilised to site.
The position is available for a six-month max term contract, with the possibility for extension.
Key Responsibilities   Following onboarding compliance procedures, booking pre-employment medicals, and requesting police clearances Mobilisation of all staff across multiple projects, including booking travel and accommodation Processing of medicals and other onboarding requirements Document pack preparation and distribution Liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders Responsible for ensuring compliance with OHS policies Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty, and teamwork About You Prior travel or mobilisation experience required Excellent interpersonal and communications skills Excellent computer skills proficient in MS Office Strong communicator and have expert knowledge of document control Understands priorities and ensures work is completed on time to a safe and satisfactory level Understanding of QA and OHSE requirements ADDITIONAL BENEFITS INCLUDE: Flexible work arrangements Additional four days per annum of Personal Business Leave Opportunity to apply for additional leave (Purchase Leave) Employee Discretionary Bonus Program Salary continuance insurance Rewards Gateway for our employees Employee Referral Reward WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER At Pacific Energy, we celebrate the richness and depth that diversity brings.
