Administrative Assistant (Administration & Office Support) Hub Link Group is the National Transportation Service for Americold Logistics, the global 3PLY leaders in warehousing and logistics to major food supply chains Australia wide.
Hub Link Group operates a modern, flexible transport fleet of rigid and prime mover articulated vehicles ensuring quality service to all our customers.
Due to our ever-growing business, we are looking for an experienced Transport Clerk to work out of our Laverton North operation.
Required hours would be 6am-2pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:Working alongside the Operations Team, you will be required to perform the following:
Action all email and phone requests promptly;Update and manage driver roster as instructed by Transport Manager;Put together driver briefs from TMS Load Planner;Assist filing/debriefing all Worksheets, Vehicle Precheck, DVR, NCR, CAR reports and Incident Reports daily;Manage the timesheet payroll report;Support in RCTI (Recipient-Created Tax Invoice) for subcontractors;Maintain Safety Hub portal for Inductions, Training, Compliance Matrix with support of the National Business Administration Manager;Help Manage SWAT and Toolbox Talks as required;Adhoc duties as required.Qualifications and Skills:In order to be successful in this role you must possess the following skills, attributes and qualifications:
Experience in Excel, Word, MS Office, and Google Docs;Able to time manage and coordinate the running of all office functions;Previous experience in a large, fast-paced working environment i.e.
Distribution Centre (advantageous);Previous knowledge of CoR (Chain of Responsibility) (advantageous);Ability to meet deadlines;Be highly organised with a high level of attention to detail;Ability to work autonomously.Want to join our team and be part of something exciting?
