Permanent opportunity with flexible working arrangements Salary Level 6 – 131,740 + Super + Benefits About the role: We have a permanent opportunity for a Specialist – Transformation Performance Improvement.   As part of our Transformation Office this role will lead the delivery of specific transformational initiatives along with the business, as guided and prioritized by the Transformation Office. You will work with a team of specialists to ensure projects are successfully embedded by working along with business stakeholders to co-design and implement solutions for key problems, enabling the team to deliver step-change improvement in high value and transformational opportunities.
What the role will offer: Working in the heart of Perth's best cosmopolitan hub, our Leederville office is only a skip, hop and a jump from the Leederville train station.
In this role, you can make time for what  is important to you, with our great flexible work arrangement options including working from home or maybe flexible start and finish times, 9 day a fortnight or even if you are only looking to work 4 days a week (0.8 FTE).

Degree level qualification in business, commerce, STEM or related discipline. Considerable experience in building and cultivating effective partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders from idea initiation to delivery, showing how you managed stakeholders, influenced decisions, and demonstrate capability to communicate cross functionally. Demonstrate considerable experience in delivering business performance improvements particularly of a step-change or transformational context. Considerable experience in a performance improvement or business consultancy role, with demonstrated capabilities in improvement methodologies and managing risk Advanced data collection, collation, and analytical skills is able to draw on information from a number of sources within a complex and transient commercial setting. Strong ability to dissect performance issues into their smaller parts, undertaking root cause analysis via applying well developed critical thinking and diagnostic skills. You ensure high quality output, taking action to correct quality problems and achieve results and performance in a timely manner. What the role will involve Partnering and working with key counterparts across the business; supporting Team Lead – Performance Improvement; to co-design solutions and implementation plans. Driving solutions and strategic thinking for key problems in projects, collaborating with key stakeholders in the business and leveraging subject matter experts. Apply proven performance improvement methodologies and tools including lean, six sigma, visual boards, management operating system, root cause analysis and data analytics. Facilitate key discussions with relevant stakeholders in the business, along with the Transformation performance improvement team, to get buy-in on recommended actions, insights, and path forward. Partnering with project leads to ensure detailed implementation plans, steer and project manage implementation to ensure that all red flags and challenges are addressed. Leading the feasibility of improvement opportunities from high level concept through to business case sign off and implementation. Managing the implementation of specific business process improvement projects and initiatives, including management of project resources, change management, stakeholder engagement, training, and facilitation.
