We are currently looking for an individual who has a passion for training and has experience delivering end-to-end learning solutions to join our team as Training Specialist.
The Training Specialist is a role that liaises between franchisees, the training team, and the operations team in developing and delivering in-restaurant training for new employees. This role provides essential training and support to franchisees and their teams to drive team engagement, customer experience, product knowledge, restaurant profitability, and brand standards.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop training content to be delivered via the company's Learning Management System and in-restaurant.Support franchisees with in-restaurant training of restaurant employees, creating a rewarding service experience.Work in restaurants across all areas of training & operations, with regional and interstate travel when required.Execute all training initiatives, including facilitating in-store training and providing follow-up training support.Reinforce brand standards based on in-store observations, partnering with operations and franchisees on timely resolution of compliance issues.Communicate opportunities, successes, and feedback to franchisees, operations, and the Head of Training as necessary.Establish positive relationships with restaurant and support teams.Work to continually improve training programs to become more efficient and effective.Coordinate and facilitate in-house training.QualificationsWorking knowledge of franchise principles and business operations will be highly regarded.Experience using learning management systems - ARTICULATE experience preferred.Experience leading training for individuals and groups.Experience creating and enhancing training programs.Excellent communication, critical thinking, written, and problem-solving skills.Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills.A minimum of 2 years' QSR experience or equivalent preferred.Certificate IV in Training and Assessment will be highly regarded.How We Support YouCompetitive Salary Package.Rostered day off for birthday.Employee of the month recognition.Yearly conference.Milestone Celebrations.Yearly salary reviews.Great supportive team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
