We deliver quality accredited and non-accredited training to thousands of Western Australians over the past two decades.THE ROLEOur Trainers will be responsible for delivering high-quality training services to our internal and external clients, both in-person and online, under the guidance of the Training Manager and our Curriculum Team.
This role is open to both clinical and non-clinical trainers who are passionate about education and quality standards.Key responsibilities:Deliver face-to-face training in the classroomDelivery online/Zoom trainingConduct Training assessments, marking, and record learning outcomesReport learning outcomes to individual students and the respective Manager within agreed timeframesTravelling between care sites as required to train and assess studentsParticipate in the validation and moderation processProcess Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) documentsAssist in identifying new growth and development opportunities for the RTOProvide feedback to The ALTI Curriculum team for the continuous improvement of training resourcesABOUT YOUWe have multiple roles available and would love to hear from engaging trainers with a passion for education and quality standards!Selection CriteriaCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (Essential)Experience within the aged, disability and/ or health care sector (Desirable)Broad knowledge of education theory, including Adult Learning PrinciplesNational Police Clearance (or willing to obtain within 6 months validity)Working with Children Clearance (or willing to obtain at interview stage)Evidence of COVID and Flu(2023) vaccinationsRegistered or Enrolled Nurse (for Clinical Trainer only)WHAT'S ON OFFERWorking for Amana Living offers you a fulfilling career with the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the community we support, while advancing your professional development in a high performing team.
