Amana Living Training Institute (ALTI) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 0609) and a division of leading WA aged care organisation Amana Living Inc. We deliver quality accredited and non-accredited training to thousands of Western Australians over the past two decades.
THE ROLE
Our Trainers will be responsible for delivering high-quality training services to our internal and external clients, both in-person and online, under the guidance of the Training Manager and our Curriculum Team.
This role is open to both clinical and non-clinical trainers who are passionate about education and quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver face-to-face training in the classroom Delivery online/Zoom training Conduct Training assessments, marking, and record learning outcomes Report learning outcomes to individual students and the respective Manager within agreed timeframes Travelling between care sites as required to train and assess students Participate in the validation and moderation process Process Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) documents Assist in identifying new growth and development opportunities for the RTO Provide feedback to The ALTI Curriculum team for the continuous improvement of training resources ABOUT YOU

Selection Criteria
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Essential) Experience within the aged, disability and/ or health care sector (Desirable) Broad knowledge of education theory, including Adult Learning Principles National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain within 6 months validity) Working with Children Clearance (or willing to obtain at interview stage) Evidence of COVID and Flu(2023) vaccinations Registered or Enrolled Nurse (for Clinical Trainer only) WHAT'S ON OFFER
