About your new role:
As a key member of the team, some of the duties will include but won't be limited to:

Managing the training onboarding, providing refresher training and training as required Ensuring that all training is current Reviewing and updating of training records Creating e-learning modules Facilitating of training Creating assessment questions About you: Experience working in or within food manufacturing or related FMCG manufacturing environment Ability to engage and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders Experience in facilitating training sessions A flexible approach to work and willingness to work at various times to capture all shift patterns Very well organised and can work autonomously and able to meet tight deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
