The Role We are excited to offer an opportunity for a recent graduate to kickstart their career in Learning and Development within our People & Culture team in Brisbane.
As a Graduate Learning and Development Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering onboarding and initial training programs for new hires.
Your primary goal will be to enhance the speed to competency and improve employee retention by providing effective and engaging training experiences.
You will facilitate training sessions and continuously assess and improve our training processes.
Key Responsibilities Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions using various facilitation methods, focusing on technical, functional, and soft skills training.
Training Management: Maintain training registers and support the onboarding training plan.
Evaluation: Assist in conducting training evaluation surveys and report on the effectiveness of training programs.
Adaptation: Adjust training delivery methods to meet the diverse needs of different learner groups.
Skills and Experience Required: Education: Recent graduates with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a willingness to learn and develop training facilitation abilities.
Stakeholder Management: Basic ability to engage with stakeholders effectively and a passion for customer service.
Desired: Experience: Any experience in training, tutoring, or group facilitation is a plus.
Certifications: Certificate IV in Training and Education (TAE) or equivalent is advantageous but not mandatory.
