In this key role, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure the smooth delivery of training services, build relationships with stakeholders, and manage compliance and facilities. Key Responsibilities Deliver Training Targets: Coordinate training services, manage social media promotions, and collaborate with marketing to ensure full workshop bookings.Develop Relationships: Build strong connections with suppliers, stakeholders, and partners to support revenue growth and enhance our training programs.Oversee Facilities and Compliance: Manage operational aspects, including the cadaver supply program, animal ethics, and WHS compliance, to ensure smooth operations across all centers.Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate program quality, make improvements, and maintain effective policies and procedures.Skills, Attributes, and Experience: Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in logistical coordination.Proficiency in ICT applications and strong stakeholder management skills.Background in the veterinary industry is a plus but not required.Target-driven with exceptional communication and organisational skills.Why VetPartners?
