We currently have an opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as Training Advisor – CTA/JobLab.
The Role - A Day in the Life of a Training Advisor As a Training Advisor within our Career Transition Assistance/JobLab contract you will facilitate a range of CTA/JobLab training programs to support customers to achieve their training and employment goals.
You will join a team of dedicated trainers and will get satisfaction from knowing you have empowered your students to build their confidence, knowledge, and careers through your personalised service.
Your Key Responsibilities will include; The coordination, delivery, and administration of training programs across the region in accordance with contractual and ETC guidelines Coordinate relevant interactive group activities Provide 1/1 coaching and job search support Market and promote ETC as a provider of high quality and flexible employment services Criteria for Success Experience in interactive training delivery and administration Current Driver's Licence A current, clear National Police Check A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card Why work for ETC We pride ourselves on offering a positive work culture and environment for employees to achieve their best.
