We enhance Australia's community living by caring for one of our customer's most valuable assets, their investment, and their home.About the OpportunityPICA Group's brand, BCS in Cairns, has a growth opportunity where you can grow your skills and move into a Strata Manager role with the support and mentoring of senior managers.Starting as a Trainee Strata Manager, your duties will include:Maintain a portfolio of Strata schemes, build relationships, and be a trusted advisor in all things strata.Facilitate and attend AGMs and other meetings.Prepare budgets, agendas, and minutes with support from other departments.Interpret legislation and assist in the enforcement of by-laws.Maintain insurance, coordinate repairs and maintenance.We're looking for someone who has:At least two years of experience in real estate or a similar industry.
