Job Description Become the future of Norske Skog – Boyer We are looking for Process Operators (Paper Making Trainees) to join our Mill Department on a four-year fixed term shift-work contract. At Boyer, we are committed to your success and growth. As part of our comprehensive training program, you will collaborate with a nationally recognized training provider to complete a Certificate IV in Competitive Systems. This is your chance to embark on a fulfilling journey with us, where hands-on experience and structured learning pave the way for a rewarding career in paper making. This is a shift-based role working 2 nights, 2 days, 4 off across weekends and public holidays, while this is a traineeship any experience with shift work or industrial/hands on roles is beneficial to your application.
What you need to succeed An understanding and awareness of safety Experience working within a diverse team. Demonstrated initiative and team work.
