Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include: Processing over the counter/phone sale transactions Informing customers about current promotions and special offers Dealing with customer queries/complaints and offering solutions Manage merchandising and store displays Regular training and development to improve power tool knowledge and sales 1 rostered day on the weekend each week (11 Day Roster) Who We Are: Founded in 2001, Sydney Tools is a family-owned business spanning across 100 stores nationally.

Due to our continued success and growth, we are seeking a motivated "Retail Trade Sales Specialist" to join our successful Shepparton, VIC 3630 Team.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will have previous experience in a sales or retail position, within a similar or related industry.
We are also interested in tradies looking to put down the tools.
