About the Role
Base Location: Cardiff, Reading or Perth – this is a hybrid role working a minimum of two days a week from the office at the advertised locations.
Salary: £28,072 - £32,605 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances, and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available
What is the Role?
As a TPI Relationship Support Advisor, you will oversee a defined portfolio of Third Party Intermediaries and Energy Brokers, providing a point of escalation for any urgent queries or concerns raised by their associated SME customers, including those unresolved within our standard operational Business SLAs.
Working closely with our Sales and Service teams, you will cultivate excellent relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, allowing you to proactively assess the service needs of your individual clients, to determine opportunities to continue to deliver exceptional Customer Service.
As part of your role you will:
Cultivate strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders linked to your portfolio.
Support our Sales team by attending meetings with your defined TPI or Energy Brokers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal service teams within Business Energy to seek resolution for concerns impacting your portfolio.
Proactively manage your broker portfolio ensuring all commitments are kept, whilst also identifying future opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and direct customer experience.
Provide feedback and insight to the Service leadership teams to support enhancements to customer experience.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
Previous experience of managing customer relationships within a Customer Service environment.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Analytical and problem-solving ability.
Demonstratable experience of successful stakeholder engagement.
