Our Program At Toll, our two-year Graduate Program is about developing future leaders across our business.
Our program offers:
Four rotations over the two-year period that provide you with exposure to various aspects of sustainability within our global operations A dynamic and challenging work environment that enables you to grow and thrive as a professional The opportunity to work alongside talented colleagues from around the world A supportive and collaborative culture that encourages innovation and creativity A chance to expand your knowledge and acquire new skills in the sustainability field About you We are seeking a passionate Global Fleet Management graduate in Melbourne to be involved in the design, maintenance and coordination of fleet.
You will engage across a number of departments internally and with our external client base and be involved in the strategic management and upkeep over the course of the program.

In addition to learning about and contributing to delivering our promise to our customers, you will be provided with tailored learning and development opportunities, with a focus on growing your leadership capability.

Qualifications To be successful in being considered you will need to:
Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident Have completed your undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last three years in Business or Commerce or related field Be able to commence in February 2025 Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Our application process includes:
