Tiktok Commerce - Agency Operations

Responsibilities:Lead agency acquisition efforts, identifying and onboarding high-potential commerce agencies to grow on the platform.Manage day-to-day agency operations, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure agencies meet performance and compliance standards.Develop and implement strategies to support agencies in scaling their businesses, optimizing performance, and improving key metrics such as content quality, engagement, and business growth.Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to highlight agency achievements and provide the necessary resources for growth.Track, analyze, and report on agency performance, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize strategies.Plan and execute campaigns, both online and offline, aligned with local and global trends to drive agency success.Minimum Qualifications:3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, agency management, or partnerships.Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.Experience working with media agencies and resources is required; having MCN (Multi-Channel Network) agency resources is a plus.Must be available for 70% of working hours in Mexico City.
