About the role This position is responsible for the efficient and effective allocations of the Eastern Health operating suites within the approved guidelines.
The role will be required to manage and update theatre allocation roster and iPM and EMR theatre sessions in line with Medical Workforce doctor leave roster and unit rosters.
About you To be successful in this role you will possess: Demonstrate advanced skills procedures and processes within role to maximise efficiency for smooth workflow Advanced computer and keyboard skills in EMR, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and TEAMs) and iPM Patient Administration System Management Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare environment and good knowledge of medical terminoloy Demonstrated time management capabilities and ability to work to deadlines A strong commitment to high quality care The ability to work as part of a diverse team Excellent communication and organisational skills Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role.
