Assist in leading a team and drive sales while sharing your knowledge of the great outdoors!

As Assistant Store Manager, your main responsibilities will include management of inventory and supporting the Store Manager in their absence.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic, and understands and lives our culture of diversity, fun, and family.
The following attributes, skills, and qualifications will contribute to your success in the role:
You enjoy and regularly participate in activities such as hiking, climbing, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, running, camping, and travel.
Retail Certificate is an advantage but not essential.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role or 2-3 years experience in a retail sales role.
Able to lead a dynamic team environment with strong leadership skills.
