The role has responsibility for orchestrating and overseeing operational aspects of testing, test environments, and test data for the program. This position emphasizes the importance of proximity, coordination, and local expertise to drive operational efficiency, timely reporting, and effective stakeholder engagement.In this role you will collaborate with the ANZ team and other delivery partners to ensure seamless coordination and management of operational aspects across the Suncorp Bank Migration program. Whatever your role at ANZ, you'll be building your future, while helping to build ours.Role Type: 12 MonthsRole Location: MelbourneWork Hours: Full Time (Hybrid)What will your day look like?Oversee finance, compliance, scheduling, and people management to ensure all processes are efficient and effective.Ensure seamless coordination between the ANZ team, Accenture, and all delivery partners.Implement and maintain performance management systems and metrics to track operational efficiency.Provide real-time updates and insights to track progress and support informed decision-making.Facilitate direct and frequent communication with all stakeholders, including face-to-face meetings to resolve misunderstandings quickly and enhance collaboration.Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards to keep the project on track.Handle operational aspects, including finance, people management (onboarding), and reporting.Ensure all operational activities adhere to local regulations and compliance standards.Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of operational processes.Actively participate in governance committees and meetings to provide operational insights and recommendations.Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational activities with strategic objectives.Contribute to the development and implementation of governance frameworks and policies.Engage effectively with senior local stakeholders, including business users and project leadership.Swiftly identify and resolve issues related to finance, compliance, scheduling, and people management.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure operational processes meet expectations.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Proven experience in managing operational aspects of large-scale projects, particularly in the banking and finance industry.Strong understanding of local regulations and compliance standards in the Australian financial sector.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated ability to make real-time decisions and resolve issues promptly in a complex project environment.Strong organizational and people management skills, including experience with performance management systems.Proficiency in using project management and reporting tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Power BI.Knowledge of Agile methodologies and their application in large-scale transformation projects.Understanding of test management processes, tools, and best practices.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
