About the role
We're seeking a Test Manager - ERP who will lead the testing team, ensuring only quality changes are deployed in ERP systems across strategic projects and BAU continuous improvement initiatives.
You will join a forward-thinking team who is dedicated to enhancing the quality and compliance of our ERP Platform solutions through best practice test standards and automation capabilities.

Day-to-day, you will: Lead consistent ERP platform testing across Finance, HCM, Procurement, Payroll and Tolling integrations, adhering to enterprise testing patterns and solutions
Lead and deliver a test automation project to ensure our systems are regression tested on a quarterly basis
Writing test plans and summary reports, ensuring our platform and delivery teams are well-resourced and flexible
Design testing strategies, encourage automation, and develop a Test Practice with assessments and training plans
Ensure the team is accountable for planning, designing, building, and testing ERP solutions, while continuously improving their skills
Organise the team to efficiently handle workload and deliver on key initiatives
Ensure testing highlights and mitigates key risks, defects, and performance gaps, producing high-quality ERP solutions
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including: Tertiary education - Bachelor Computing /Engineering /Science /Technology or equivalent full-time industry experience
Proven experience managing development teams (both people and technical), including both internal and partner resources.
Strong Software testing background with expertise in various Testing Methodologies
Understanding of Finance, Procurement and HRIS platforms or similar technologies
Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to navigate challenges to meet business needs
Experience with agile methodologies and ways of working
Familiarity with Workday and Selenium (Java or Jenkins) is highly valued but not essential.
