We are looking for a number of suitable senior test managers with several years of senior test management including roles as a Test Director or Senior Test Manager on large programs.
You MUST have at least 5-10 years of hands-on test delivery experience from end to end in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies in complex technology environments and must have been specialising in Testing as a discipline for at least 12 years .
You will be adept in managing your teams to deadlines with the maturity to manage typical testing challenges and risks .
Your exceptional quality mindset, processes, governance, management and interpersonal skills will be instrumental to this role.

Your superior communication and negotiation skills along with your collaborative and consultative approach will see you confidently influence and guide your team as well as manage stakeholders and vendors across various parts of the delivery.
You will also have a depth of knowledge and have tested customer experience solutions for web and "digital experience" as well as testing backend integrated applications .

You are highly organised, approachable, analytical and task driven, able to prioritise and adapt to competing deadlines and projects.

Practical experience with End to End test management, strategy, delivery and governance will be key criteria in the following areas:
Functional and Integration testing across numerous platforms including web and digital experience platforms with payments and billing backends Security testing – functional and non-functional Test Data management across all aspects of testing (eg.
integration, security, migration) Non functional testing including performance testing and infrastructure level testing User and Business acceptance testing for large programs of work Test management experience in the retail industry will work in your favour, however this will not limit your suitability.

Primary responsibilities:
Be the primary testing conduit to support queries from Project Teams Produce all required test deliverables and deliver to deadlines Maintain expectations for Senior Stakeholder Management Demonstrate the required leadership to drive testing outcomes Create and implement required testing strategies, frameworks, processes and planning Communicate clearly, transparently and frequently to all required stakeholder groups Maintain a resourcing plan to service the program Acting as the main escalation point for testing issues and risks.
Identify, analyse, and propose solutions for testing dependencies, risks, and issues Implementing or maintaining the required level of test governance and processes Provide consultation expertise around test approaches, processes, and tools to others Oversight and review of vendor test deliverables Ensure that project test deliverables are being created and/or maintained to a high standard Facilitate defect escalations and resolutions by external vendors and technology teams Setting clear expectations and deadlines with your testing teams Ensure Quality Assurance, Compliance and Risk Mitigation is key in your decisions What we're looking for in you...
A natural and strong leader who demonstrates integrity and is respected by their teams, peers and managers Australian Citizen Min 12-15 years in the Testing discipline Min 10 years in demonstrated practical Test Management including Senior Test Management roles Experienced in complex technology environments and challenges faced with test delivery Outcomes focussed and flexible with a 'can do' attitude as well as a strong customer focus Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with different teams and stakeholders Approachable with excellent interpersonal skills combined with the ability to influence team members, peers and management Accountability for your delivery responsibilities and transparent in communication Self-starter, organised, excellent time management, solid team player Minimal supervision required and able to work under pressure, with the ability to maintain prioritisation for the team Reliable, honest, committed and quality focussed in your work ethic Well spoken, excellent written communication and well presented What we are offering...
