Are you experienced in test automation and ready to lead a team dedicated to modernizing essential ICT systems? As a Test Automation Lead, you'll oversee the development and execution of automated test frameworks that drive the transformation of electoral services. Collaborate with agile teams, engage in critical projects, and play a pivotal role in delivering robust, reliable ICT capabilities.
Key Responsibilities Lead an Automation Test team in developing and managing automated test scripts. Engage with agile teams to align test automation with release scopes. Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing for each increment. Build dashboards to showcase testing outcomes and advise on automation tools. Key Selection Criteria Proven experience in leading automation teams and ICT project delivery. Proficiency in tools like Selenium, Postman, Swagger, and Cucumber. Strong analytical skills, with a focus on risk management and prioritization. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and frameworks; C# and JavaScript knowledge is a plus. How to Apply
