Territory Manager - Trade Sales (Adelaide)

About the role
We're looking for 2 x Territory Managers that will focus on growing and maintaining the existing Dulux customer base consisting of Trade partners in Adelaide (South/West and North/East regions). You'll have the ownership, tools and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.
In this autonomous role, you will predominately be on the road visiting your customers to gain sales and influence buying habits in your territory. When you're not out on the road, you will be planning for the days ahead, booking sales meetings and developing plans for key growth potential customers ensuring a consistent, structured and targeted approach.
Your key focus will be to profitably grow sales and share whilst striving to exceed sales targets through your Dulux customer base. You will leverage your product knowledge to build strong customer relationships, provide technical support and service while managing your time effectively in order to maximise your days out on the road.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales driven individual to build lasting relationships with customers and peers and contribute to the growth of the Dulux Trade business.

Responsibilities

Growth of key accounts with existing and targeted customers
Maintaining the network and relationship within the Trade Sales/Construction industry
Leveraging relationships and market intelligence via networking and industry engagements
New business development, tailoring Dulux's value propositions
Be considered the subject matter expert about the products

Skills & Experience

Strong sales acumen and demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
Experience within the construction sales Industry will be highly regarded
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to harness established customer relationships and create new business opportunities
Relevant computer skills with the ability to learn
Great energy and enthusiasm with a genuine, down-to-earth attitude
