Salary: $75k-$80k + super + $16k car allowance + commission
Location: Melbourne West territory (Inner west suburbs, outer west suburbs, Geelong, Torquay, and Regional)

About the Company Our client proudly supplies award-winning bread, pastries, and menu solutions to cafes, restaurants, hotels, and airlines in New South Wales, ACT, Victoria, and Queensland. Each of their products are baked fresh daily, many using single origin Australian wheat. The business is in their 5th year of capital investment and looking to continue to grow their presence and revenue. They are significantly outperforming the industry growth with huge opportunities to increase their market share. Our client likes to promote from within and develop their staff. They have a stable team with a collaborative and supportive environment.

About this Role Responsible for territory sales and the development of new business sales, volume, and profitability.Work with your manager to set agreed sales targets and devise strategies to achieve targets.Manage weekly and monthly reports to the Sales Director.Proactively identify new business opportunities to provide increased sales.Manage the profitability of your sales territory.Attend industry trade and consumer events along with networking opportunities and other relevant meetings/seminars.Develop multi-level relationships with current and target customers' key staff.Assist in the development of the annual budget and ensure all expenses are managed.Provide market, industry, and competitive analysis and stay informed of competitors in the marketplace.Maintain a strong sales culture using your strong interpersonal skills to ensure seamless communication within the business. Skills, Qualifications & Experience At least 2-4 years in a sales and customer-focused role.MUST HAVE at least 2 years in a foodservice sales role.Well-developed interpersonal skills.Contract negotiation experience.Commercial acumen.Strong teamwork and excellent communication skills.Ability to develop and build collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
