As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for retention and growth of sales in an existing portfolio whilst securing new business and building profitability through effective price, product substitution, and contract management.
Additional responsibilities in this role also include:
Winning, retaining, and growing customers to contribute to the achievement of sales, service, and profit targets. Identifying, developing, and commercializing growth opportunities with existing customer accounts and new business prospects. Developing mutually rewarding relationships with prospective and current customers. Providing technical assistance, solutions, and delivering outstanding customer experience. Working collaboratively across internal functions and plants. Skills and experience we are looking for:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with knowledge of Salesforce & SAP. Able to work independently with minimum supervision, with excellent abilities to time manage and prioritize. Open and transparent, with a non-ego driven approach to gaining trust and support from fellow employees. Desire to own your territory's success, be responsible for significant customer revenue, and be empowered to 'do the deal'. A clean and valid driver's license is a must-have.
