Tenancy Coordinator needed for State Government $750PD + Super
Burwood Location $750PD + Super Initially until end of December The Role:
We are seeking a Tenancy Coordinator for a large cluster of the NSW State Government to manage day-to-day project delivery for fit-out and de-fit programs across a portfolio of tenancies.
This role involves ensuring that all necessary approvals, program management, budgeting, reporting, and project governance are effectively delivered within tight deadlines and scope.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the project management of fit-out and de-fit programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and standards. Manage stakeholder engagement, reporting progress to senior managers, property agents, and key stakeholders. Initiate and manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards throughout the project lifecycle. Essential Criteria: Previous experience in a similar role Tertiary qualifications in Property/Land Economics, Design and Construction, or Project Management, or equivalent practical experience. Strong experience in contractor management and evaluating project deliverables. Understanding of statutory approvals and construction standards. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and prioritising key tasks. Proficient in interpreting design and services drawings. Next Steps:
