Join a NSW Government organisation in an expanding team!Job Title: Tenancy CoordinatorLocation: 36 George St, BurwoodStart Date: ASAPContract Length: 3 months + Possible extensionsPay Rate: $750 daily plus superHours of Work: 8 hrs a day, 40 hrs per weekDescription:The Tenancy Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day project management of a program of works for the fit-out and de-fit of tenancy spaces within our client's portfolio.
This role ensures that all major components, including design and construction approvals, program management, documentation standards, baseline and controls, program budgeting, status reporting, and project governance, are delivered effectively and in a timely manner.Key Accountabilities:Manage the daily project activities related to fit-out and de-fit processes for tenancies.Ensure tenants complete the processes and requirements as outlined in the client's fit-out guide.
