Temporary Accounts Payable

SMAART have teamed up with a leading hospitality company for a  3-month part-time temporary Accounts Payable role  based in  South Wharf !
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to assist their finance team during the busy festive period.
About the role?
Location:  Fully office based in South Wharf, VIC Duration:  3 months (temporary) Work Schedule:  Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – 6 hours per day, within normal business hours Start Date:  ASAP Pay: $38-42ph + super Key Responsibilities: Process invoices through MYOB and ensure timely payments to vendors.
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
About you?
Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Previous experience using MYOB is highly desirable Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
