This includes Technology maintenance contracts, service projects, retrofit projects and variations for these projects.Some of the key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Provide estimates for Technology (BMS) maintenance contracts, service projects, retrofit projects and variations for these projectsProvide take-offs and markups for Technology (BMS) service opportunitiesParticipate in service sales reviews and bid evaluation, supporting successful bid navigation.Differentiate VAE bid submissions in the market by addressing our customer pain points through our technical solutionsFollow up with subcontractors, suppliers, and tenders for pricing and feedbackRespond to Service Contracts tender price requestsWork with Technology (Building Automation) team members to develop and improve our toolsMaintain the quote register and sales folders with all information kept up to dateDevelop strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat businessWhat makes you stand outWe are looking for a candidate who will demonstrate their similar sales and/or estimation experience in technology (Building Management Systems) service market, an understanding of the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast-growing business, and the following attributes:Relevant Engineering qualification, HVAC or BMS industry experienceExceptional communication skillsInnovative and open thinking approachSelf-motivatedExceptional time managementCultureMost importantly, the candidate will be able to demonstrate how they work within the VAE company values of Energy, Synergy and Success.
