This newly created position is pivotal in leading our cybersecurity recruitment efforts and propelling our operations forward.
As a Recruitment Consultant within our Technology team, you will manage a 360° desk focusing on permanent and contract recruitment across cybersecurity.
You will take pride in guiding employers through every stage of the hiring process—from initial client engagement to successful placement and aftercare—demonstrating your expertise, skill, and dedication.
You will be supported by a mentor and have access to our comprehensive learning and development platform for continuous growth
Responsibilities: Business Development: Proactively identify and engage new clients within the technology sector to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
Talent Acquisition: Source and attract top technology talent for various in-demand roles, aligning candidates with client needs.
Client Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technology hiring needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions.
Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates through effective networking, lead generation, and market intelligence.
Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage the entire recruitment process from job brief to placement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates.
KPI Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed agreed KPIs and revenue targets through strategic placements and proactive business development initiatives.
Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and service enhancement.
Qualifications: - Demonstrated experience as a successful Technology Recruitment Consultant, with a strong focus on business development in an agency environment.
