The main objective of this role is to provide project administration support for internally delivered projects and initiatives.
The purpose of the Technology Project Coordinator is to ensure high quality ICT program, project, and administration support to the Technology section of ITB. You will be responsible for providing high level support to the Technology staff and project team members to contribute to the effective delivery of ICT Projects across the Technology Program of Works.
Key Responsibilities: Take the reins in coordinating project delivery—this includes managing governance, reporting, and key business administration tasks within the IT sphere to deliver on our program agenda.
Forge and nurture strong connections with internal stakeholders to finesse program status reporting, manage risks and tackle issues confidently, efficiently handle change requests, and orchestrate critical meetings.
Lead from the front with our Business Services function, guiding team members as they deliver exceptional and confidential support to the IT section.
Tap into your innovative spirit to pinpoint enhancement possibilities, and contribute significantly to the upgrading, refining, and application of IT policies, workflows, guidelines and systems.
Stay abreast of departmental procedures including Finance, HR, Procurement, Records Management, and adherence to Department Policies, ensuring smooth project operations across the board.
Our Requirements: Proven track record in project delivery.
The ability to thrive in a dynamic team setting, showing flexibility in a frequently fast-paced environment.
Experience in administrative support, with a particular knack for governance and risk management protocols.
What Will Set You Apart (Desirable): Direct experience with ICT project delivery—that's a big plus!
Comfort and familiarity with project management tools and software.
Practical reporting compilation skills.
