National construction company seeking Technical Support Officer for immediate start.
Your new company
Working within the Construction industry this growing team is looking for their next rock star support engineer. You will be working for a Nationally recognised organisation supporting 70 users across their Melton site.
Your new role
Supporting the IT environment, you will be reporting directly to the IT Manager and will be tasked with:
Client network Documentation
Handling level 2-3 incidents ranging from Desktop, Applications and Mobile devices
Deployment of new and replacement equipment
Managing Network & Server issues
Troubleshooting hardware issues - Printers, Laptops & Desktops
Configuring video conference & AV technology
Supporting cloud technology - O365
What you'll need to succeed
An excellent combination of technical skills and customer service capabilities will be required for this role. To be successful in this role you will need:
A strong customer focus and attention to detail.
Basic server experience & some network knowledge
Experience with Windows Operating Systems
Knowledge of Non-Cisco Firewall Tech
Knowledge of Wireless Tech
2 years - Data Backup & Recovery
2 Years - Server Tech experience
2 Years - Switching, VLAN, Routing, Firewall Support
