The Business Integration team is currently seeking a Technology Business Partner to join them for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
We will consider applications from people seeking either Part time hours, or Full time hours .
Reporting to the Manager Business Integration, you will be responsible for aligning technology solutions with business strategies and goals, by working closely with business leaders and teams to identify and prioritise technology initiatives that drive business value and support the company's overall objectives.
Duties:
Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic goals and technology requirements.
Identify opportunities for technology to drive business growth and competitiveness.
Seek to understand operational priorities by working closely with the operational teams.
Support business and technology teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs.
Simplify complex technology recommendations and tailor solutions to operational requirements.
Skills and Experience:
ITSM/ITIL knowledge and experience along with Project Delivery Models.
Understanding of business drivers and the value/cost/risk associated with them.
Strong interpersonal and relationship skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
The ability to communicate technical concepts to various audiences.
An understanding of platforms, software development, and integration.
