This FIFO role operates on a 2/2 roster and is open to candidates flying from Perth, Brisbane, or Darwin.
About the Role: As a Technical Writer, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality digital maintenance documentation for a major mining operation.
You'll work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy, clarity, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and publish detailed technical maintenance documents for digital platforms. Ensure documents follow company policies, procedures, and style guides. Collaborate with SMEs to produce accurate and user-focused content. What You'll Need to Succeed:
Proven experience in technical writing within the mining industry – essential. Mechanical or electrical trade qualification – essential. Strong background in developing large-scale maintenance documentation. Excellent written communication and attention to detail. Ability to apply adult learning principles to technical writing.
