What does the job look like?
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will take responsibility for planning, designing and implementing technology solutions that meet the needs of ITS projects and operational issues.
Key areas include: Third level hardware and application technical support and troubleshooting advice to all internal and external stakeholders as requiredBuild rapport through the business as a subject matter expert for our clients, subcontractors, field technicians and repair centre staffEnsure timely problem identification and root cause resolution using your strong customer service approach to every situationYou will work closely with internal departments conducting training and testing on specialised technical productsYou will contribute to the organisational direction by providing advice to Management on the business risks, technology, and best practices in the area of ATM hardware and applications Are you the one?
You are the go-to person for those complex technical escalations that are difficult to resolve.
You can demonstrate: Knowledge of the ATMs/ Cash Management devices or a technical know-how not necessarily in the industryRoot cause analysis skills in computer hardware/ softwareStrong organisational and multitasking skills coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to trouble shoot complex issuesStrong time management skillsGood customer service skills and a great attitudeAble to work a 5-day rotating roster (including weekends)
