Working with the National Operations Manager you will be responsible for the delivery and installation of products to customers and be a key player within our operations team, working with a multi-functional team of hardware and software support professionals.To be successful in this role you will have:Tertiary degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering or related IT discipline or relevant experience.Proven experience installing and supporting complex IT systems in the fieldHands-on hardware and software system level troubleshootingAn understanding of wireless and radio propagation principlesProven analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAn ability to clearly communicate technical conceptsWilling to learn new technologies and new ways of approaching projectsFrequent travel to remote mine sites will be requiredHere at Hitachi, we believe that success comes from the partnership of our market-leading products and the quality of our people.
